This policy explains how Beit Hady handles your information when you browse beithady.com, contact us, or book a stay in one of our serviced apartments in Egypt or the UAE.
What we collect
When you book or send an inquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email, stay dates, party size and any message you write. When you pay a booking advance, the card payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
We use your details to manage your reservation, communicate with you before and during your stay (including on WhatsApp), meet legal guest-registration requirements, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
beithady.com uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to count visits, see which pages and searches lead to bookings, and measure our advertising. We also keep a first-party cookie (bh_attr, 90 days) noting how you reached us, such as a search or an ad, and save it with any booking you start. Visitors in Europe are asked first and can decline; you can also clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.
Sharing
Information is shared only with the service providers we rely on to operate — payment processing (Stripe), messaging (WhatsApp), and our reservation systems — and with authorities where the law requires guest registration.
Retention & your rights
Reservation records are retained as required for accounting and legal purposes. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep by contacting reservations@beithady.com.
