Are your New Cairo apartments suitable for families?+
Yes. Homes range from studios to four bedrooms, each with a full kitchen. Several buildings have parking and lifts, Beit Hady 73 has 24-hour building security, and One Kattameya adds gardens, pools and a gym.
Where in New Cairo are the apartments?+
In the Fifth Settlement and Katameya: inside the One Kattameya compound, and in quiet residential streets minutes from the American University in Cairo, Point 90 Mall and Downtown Katameya.
Can I rent by the night, the week or the month?+
Yes. Each home shows its minimum stay on its page, and any longer stay can be booked online. For a month or more, message us on WhatsApp and we will help you choose the right home.
Can I book and pay from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait or elsewhere abroad?+
Yes. You book online and pay by card through our secure Stripe checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars and your bank converts from your own currency.
What time is check-in and check-out?+
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is often possible — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll do our best.
How do I get the keys?+
There are no keys. Every apartment has a smart lock and you receive a unique passcode before arrival, so you can check in at any hour without meeting anyone.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Direct bookings are fully refundable when cancelled 14 or more days before check-in. Inside 14 days, the advance payment is non-refundable. Bookings made through Airbnb or Booking.com follow the policy shown on that platform.
How do I pay?+
Your booking is confirmed by paying the full amount by card through our secure Stripe checkout — even for stays starting today or tomorrow — so nothing is left to pay on arrival. Unpaid reservations are cancelled automatically.
